How we handle your details

Short version: we collect very little, we use it only to reply to you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, your email address, who you are (for example a clinician or an educator) and your message. Please don't include any patient information.

We also count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and records no names, email addresses or anything else that identifies you. We see totals, such as how many people visited a page and which country they were in.

Why we collect it

Only to answer your message and keep a record of our conversation. We don't add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Your message is delivered to our email inbox by Resend, an email service, and this website is hosted by Vercel. Both companies may process data outside Canada. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your message as long as we need it to work with you, and delete it when you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@smallhoursworks.com and we'll reply within 30 days, as BC's Personal Information Protection Act requires.
