Small Hours Works

Services

Everything a practice runs on online.

Websites, email, contacts, marketing and the automation between them, set up properly and kept running. Here's what's included, and how working together goes.

Projects

One job, done well.

A clear piece of work with a clear finish: a new website, setting up a customer relationship management (CRM) system for your contacts, or connecting your sign-up forms to your email.

Quoted after a short conversation, so you know the scope before anything starts.

Monthly plan

Looked after, every month.

Ongoing care for everything we set up: updates, security, backups and small edits, plus a plain-language report on how things went and a short list of what to try next.

One predictable monthly cost. No long contract.

What's included

Four areas, one place to ask.

01

Your website

The front door of the practice, built to be found and kept in working order.

  • Design and build, on WordPress or a custom site
  • Pages that explain who you help and how, with referral and booking routes
  • Forms that are tested and protected from spam
  • Monthly updates, security monitoring and backups
  • Speed, link and phone checks, plus hosting and domain renewals
  • Search-friendly pages and FAQs, for Google and AI assistants

02

Email and accounts

The everyday tools, set up so they look professional and stay organized.

  • Email on your own domain
  • Google Workspace set-up and administration
  • Letterhead and email templates to match
  • Choosing the right tools, and setting up the accounts
  • Filters and settings so the right mail reaches the right person

03

Contacts and marketing

Every waitlist, client and past student in one place, and a way to keep in touch.

  • Setting up a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Contacts brought in from spreadsheets, with duplicates cleaned out
  • Nightly backups of your contact list
  • Newsletters and automatic welcome emails
  • Consent and unsubscribes handled within Canada's anti-spam law
  • A plan for filling your next cohort or appointment list

04

Automation and reporting

The admin that runs itself, and numbers that say what's working.

  • Forms, sign-ups and payments connected to your contact list
  • Follow-up emails sent at the right moment, automatically
  • Tracking across your website and course platform
  • A plain-language monthly report: visitors, sources, searches and sales
  • A technology roadmap: what to do next, what to pay for, what to skip

What a first month looks like

From first conversation to something working.

  1. Week 1

    A conversation

How you work today, what's taking your time, and what you'd like to change.

  2. Week 1–2

    A short plan

What we'd do first, what it costs, and what you'll have at the end. You decide.

  3. Weeks 2–4

    The first piece, built

Set up, tested and explained in plain language, with nothing for you to configure.

  4. After that

    Your call

Stop there, take on the next project, or move to a monthly plan.

A typical timeline. Larger projects take longer, and we'll say so up front.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Do I have to change platforms?

No. We work with what you already use, such as WordPress, Google Workspace and your course platform, and only suggest a change when it clearly pays for itself.

What if I just need one thing fixed?

Yes, small one-off jobs are welcome. Tell us what's wrong and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a quick fix.

Do you work outside BC?

Yes. Everything is done online, so we can work with clients anywhere.

Is my clients' information safe?

Privacy and Canadian law are considered from the start on everything we set up, and we only access what the job needs.

Not sure where to start? That's normal.

Tell us what's taking your time, and we'll suggest the one change that would help most.
